Hi, my name is Krista Kerr.  I was born and raised in Greenfield, Ohio.  I received my B.A. in Art from Morehead State University in Kentucky in December of 1990.  Shortly after graduation I moved to Florida and did what everybody  with an Art Degree does...took the first job I could get, (a bank teller).

I got my first tattoo from Bill Hannong at Fort Myers Beach Tattoo in the Spring of 1992.  While I was getting my tattoo I kept thinking how much I would love to learn how to do this.

I got my foot in the door by helping out in the front room during Spring Break for three years.  In the Spring of 1998 a spot finally opened up and I began my formal apprenticeship under Master Tattooist Bill Hannong.  It was one of the hardest things I've ever done, but at the same time, one of the most rewarding.  I will always be in Bill's debt for giving me the training that has gotten me where I am  today.
